Shipping Information

At Roxura, our estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping times. To calculate your delivery estimate, simply add the processing time for your order to the shipping time based on your chosen shipping method.

Processing Time

Processing times vary by product. Many popular styles are shipped within 3-5 working days, while customized or engraved pieces may take 7-15 working days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date sent to your email.

We’re pleased to offer free shipping to the United States on all items. For faster service, you can choose one of our expedited shipping options at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • The time frames mentioned above do not include production time, nor do they account for delays caused by external factors like service disruptions, vendor delays, or weather conditions.
  • Expedited shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO). Orders to these addresses can be shipped via our Free Shipping method.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak holiday seasons or in cases of severe weather. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional business days.

International Shipping & FREE Shipping

For international orders, additional shipping fees may apply due to taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by the destination country. Roxura is not associated with these fees, and all charges are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

Free shipping is available to select countries, and you can view your options and estimate costs at checkout.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can also track your order by logging in to our website and navigating to Account > My Account > My Orders. Once your order is shipped, an email with your tracking number will be sent to you.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to address issues, reshipping costs will apply, or, if preferred, a refund will be processed.
